The Challenge & Architecture
The objective for this residential deployment was to engineer a high-efficiency hybrid architecture that maximizes solar generation while providing a deep, reliable storage reserve. We bypassed standard lead-acid solutions and integrated a 6.5kVA SMS hybrid inverter paired with a premium 5kW Deye lithium power bank. To ensure rapid recharge and continuous grid independence, the roof array is powered by high-yield 430W Kartel panels, designed to capture maximum solar energy throughout the day.
Deployment & Load Testing
Structural Mounting: We do not compromise our clients' property. Instead of drilling raw holes directly into the walls, our engineering team fabricated a custom, painted metal mounting frame. This rigid backbone perfectly aligns the inverter and distribution boxes, ensuring flawless cable management and a clean, premium aesthetic.
Solar Array Optimization: The 430W Kartel array was engineered and angled precisely on the roof for maximum sun exposure, guaranteeing the Deye lithium bank hits full capacity even on variable weather days.
The Result:Final load testing confirmed the architecture seamlessly powers the client's essential loads. The active system transitions silently between solar generation and lithium storage with absolute zero-downtime reliability.
Live system testing: 6.5kVA SMS hybrid inverter and 5kW Deye lithium storage mounted on a custom frame.
Array optimization: 430W Kartel panels deployed and angled for maximum solar yield.
